Urban LA is newly opened dance studio in the Koreatown, Los Angeles area. The variety of styles offered in their classes include but are not limited to Hip Hop, Kpop, Urban Choreography, Popping, Martial Arts/dance, & Cardio Hip Hop. With a cap of 15 students in each class, their goal is to provide an intimate class environment so that students receive more individual attention and guidance from the instructors.
Eileen Kim is a dancer, instructor, and choreographer based in Los Angeles, CA. She found her passion for dance when she first began competing in 2012 with 909HHDT, a team based in UC Riverside, and since then has continued to share her craft by teaching locally and internationally. Her experience includes performing with and choreographing for GRV dance team at world famous competitions, teaching at studios such as Snowglobe Perspective and Kinjaz Dojo, and choreographing for various artists. She believes that it is possible to achieve anything when you put your heart into it, and continues to strive to grow and to inspire people through her craft.
Diny Kim is a professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer based in San Diego, California. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to San Diego in 2010, and is currently dancing with the Super Galactic Beat Manipulators, founded by Kevin Brewer of the Jabbawockeez. She enjoys traveling around the country to teach, and has been to New York to teach at Sandbox NYC. Diny has danced for several artists in the Korean entertainment industry, most notably Jun Curry Ahn. She is excited to share her love and knowledge of dance to Urban LA!
